Welcome to Cenara Mar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the What She Wore mobile application ("App") and the cenaramar.com website ("Website"), collectively referred to as "Services," operated by Cenara Mar ("we," "us," or "our").

Cenara Mar provides a fashion discovery platform that:

• Analyzes video content from social media platforms to identify fashion items
• Provides shopping links to purchase identified items or similar alternatives
• Maintains a history of your scanned items
• Displays trending fashion content

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the App from your device.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cenara Mar regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
